Dear Friend,

Thank you for choosing me as your audiologist. I will personally do everything possible to deserve your trust. I see this as the beginning of a great relationship!

I promise to treat you like an important individual, not a name or a number. I will take the time to listen to all of your concerns and find out about all your symptoms. I will make an accurate diagnosis and dispense the type of hearing aids you need.

I know that it’s frustrating to sit in a waiting room, so my staff will do their best to get you in promptly for your scheduled appointment.

As your audiologist, it’s my responsibility to keep up with the latest developments in audiology and hearing aid technology. That’s why I’m active in a number of professional organizations and subscribe to numerous professional journals.

But even more important than all my training and experience is my wonderful staff. From the person who answers the phone to those who assist me, I am exceptionally proud of my team. Not only are they skilled professionals, but they are warm, caring people who go all out to make you feel comfortable.

Why do these things? The answer is simple. I want to build a lasting relationship with you. My goal is that when you come to Brooklyn Audiology Associates, you’ll feel really good about every aspect of your experience and happy that you chose BAA for your audiological and hearing aid services.

Sincerely,

Richard Kaner, M.A., CCC-A
